Meet Lula

Product review campaigns

Help reviewers assess your product with useful evidence.

Lula identifies publications and creators whose audience, subject and review format fit your product, then prepares a clear proposal from approved information. You control samples, access, commercial terms, claims and approvals. The reviewer controls the opinion and publication decision.

A review opportunity needs more than a contact

A suitable reviewer covers the category, speaks to a relevant audience and has a format capable of assessing the product properly. A large following does not compensate for a poor fit, and a generic sample offer does not explain why the product deserves their time. Lula evaluates the publication, reviewer, audience, recent work, location, review policy, product requirements and likely route before an opportunity becomes a campaign.

Independent editorial versus paid activity

An independent review, a sponsored article, an affiliate placement and a creator partnership are not the same thing. Lula classifies the route and surfaces commercial or disclosure requirements before you approve it. Payment is never disguised as earned editorial coverage, and providing a sample or access does not entitle the brand to a positive review, specific wording or publication.

The workflow

  1. 01

Define the goal and qualify targets

Specify the product, market, audience, timing, available access and restrictions, then identify reviewers and publications with recent, relevant category coverage and a credible review format.

  2. 02

Confirm the route and approve the terms

Record whether the publication accepts pitches, samples, trial access, briefing calls, formal submissions or commercial partnerships, then review product access, sample value, shipping, returns, timing, disclosure, usage rights and any cost before committing.

  3. 03

    Manage responses and verify results

Replies, questions, access requests and follow-ups stay attached to the campaign, and published reviews are recorded with the live URL, date, link status, key product details and any factual correction required.

Review formats Lula can support

Use the workflow appropriate to the product and publication.

Editorial product reviews

Offer suitable access, samples or information to journalists and specialist publications that independently review the category.

Software and service reviews

Provide product access, use cases, evidence, security or technical information and an accountable company contact.

Comparison and buying-guide inclusion

Identify current pages where the product could credibly meet the publisher's stated criteria.

Expert and creator reviews

Assess audience relevance, disclosure expectations and the distinction between independent editorial work and paid activity.

Existing-review corrections

Prepare a factual correction when a published review contains outdated or inaccurate product information, without attempting to control the opinion.

Prepare the evidence before outreach

Make evaluation easier without scripting the verdict.

Product information

Approved descriptions, intended users and use cases, features and specifications, pricing and availability.

Access and testing

Demonstration or account access, testing instructions where necessary, and product images and assets.

Assurance material

Safety, security or compliance information, supporting research and methodology, and known limitations and eligibility rules.

People and terms

Spokesperson and support contacts, customer evidence cleared for external use, plus sample, return and disclosure terms.

What stays out

Unsupported superlatives, invented awards and claims that cannot be reproduced should not enter the proposal.

How the review workflow operates

From target discovery to a verified outcome.

1. Define the review goal

Specify the product, market, audience, timing, available access, restrictions and what a suitable review would help customers understand.

2. Find and qualify targets

Identify reviewers and publications with recent, relevant category coverage and a credible review format.

3. Confirm the route

Record whether the publication accepts pitches, samples, trial access, briefing calls, formal submissions or commercial partnerships.

4. Prepare the proposal

Explain why the product is relevant to the audience, what is available for assessment and which evidence can support the evaluation.

5. Approve the terms

The customer reviews product access, sample value, shipping, returns, timing, disclosure, usage rights and any cost before committing.

6. Manage the response

Replies, questions, access requests and follow-ups remain attached to the campaign and contact history.

7. Verify the result

Published reviews are recorded with the live URL, date, link status, key product details and any factual correction required.

Evidence, with context

Reporting can include targets qualified, proposals approved, outreach sent, products or access supplied, responses, reviews in progress, published reviews, links, referral visits and factual corrections. The content and sentiment of an independent review belong to the reviewer.
