Privacy policy
Last updated 10 September 2026
This is a draft policy published during early access. It describes how we intend to handle data in the Meet Lula product. It is not legal advice, and we make no compliance certification claims.
Information we process
- Account information: name, work email, job title and organisation.
- Customer content: brand briefs, approved facts, sources, assets and outreach drafts.
- Media contact information used for outreach, obtained from opportunity sources and data providers.
- Product and delivery events, such as sends, replies, bounces and opt-outs.
How we use it
To operate the service: matching opportunities to your brief, preparing drafts for your approval, sending approved outreach, recording responses and reporting outcomes.
Tenant separation
Customer strategy, briefs, drafts and campaign activity are private to the organisation that created them. Platform-level opportunity and contact intelligence never reveals another customer’s identity, pitch or activity.
Journalist and media contacts
Contacts receive outreach only where there is a relevant editorial reason. Opt-out requests are enforced across the platform, and hard-bounced addresses are suppressed.
Retention, export and deletion
You can request an export or deletion of your organisation’s data. Some records, such as suppression lists, are retained because they exist to protect recipients.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Secrets and integration credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Access is role-based and logged.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised from inside your workspace during early access.
