How the allowances work
Targeted contacts
One targeted contact is one unique new journalist, editor, writer, producer, organiser or relevant publication contact researched for your brand during the month. Follow-ups to the same contact are included and do not use another contact. Contacts approached for listicle, comparison and review placements count within the total allowance.
Unlimited journalist-request responses
Tailored replies to time-sensitive requests posted by journalists or editorial teams through monitored request sources. They are separate from proactive campaigns because the journalist has already asked for relevant expertise or information.
Proactive campaigns
A defined outreach programme built around one approved objective, audience and angle — a company story, a research-led pitch, a founder profile, a product category campaign, podcast outreach or conference-speaker outreach.
Listicle, comparison and review targets
Relevant third-party pages where your brand could credibly be added, reviewed or considered. Lula identifies the page, checks the route to inclusion and prepares the appropriate outreach or submission.
Hosted press releases
The hosted-release allowance covers approved public release pages on Meet Lula. It does not mean unlimited journalist outreach or guaranteed distribution. Outreach remains subject to the contact and campaign allowances in your plan.
Dedicated sending setup
Once you select a paid plan you can choose from available sending domains approved for your account. Lula registers the domains, configures the technical setup and connects each one to your workspace. Presence includes one domain with two sender identities; Outreach expansion adds more.
Daily reporting on every brand
Your Slack or Microsoft Teams updates and daily report separate activity from outcomes, so you can see both what Lula did and what it achieved: new matched opportunities, items awaiting approval, emails sent, delivered, paused or bounced, replies and next actions, submissions and campaign activity, live placements and citations, backlinks and unlinked mentions, referral traffic and search performance, tracked AI mentions and cited sources, and usage against your monthly allowances.
