The service

Meet Lula helps teams find media opportunities, develop story angles, prepare outreach and record results. It does not guarantee editorial coverage, backlinks, rankings, referral traffic or citations in AI-generated answers.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts and claims you approve.
• You must hold the rights to any content, data or assets you upload.
• You must not use the service for outreach that is misleading, harassing or irrelevant.
• You are responsible for approving outreach before it is sent.

Allowances and fair use

Plan allowances exist to protect outreach quality, deliverability and recipients. We may pause activity that risks harming journalists, publications or the sending reputation of the platform.

Availability

During early access, features may change and some integrations are not yet connected. Anything not connected is labelled in the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for editorial decisions made by third parties.
